About The Ray Fernie Foundation

Supporting Young People in Fife and the Surrounding Area

The Raymond Fernie Foundation supports young people in Scotland as they move from secondary school education into work, apprenticeships and further study.

The foundation’s vision is for every young person, regardless of their background or circumstances, to have access to support, training and work opportunities in order to pursue their career and reach their full potential.

We offer financial assistance and access to a range of support services designed to empower young people at this critical stage in their lives. We also work with schools and employers to help increase awareness around youth ‘employability’ and find new ways to facilitate this.

We are particularly keen to hear from young people who are most at risk of experiencing difficulty in accessing training and employment.
